Hillary Borges

Hillary Borges joined The Dayton Foundation in 2023 and serves as the Community Engagement assistant. In her role, she assists with various grant data collection, preparing documents for grant cycles and general support of the department.

Hillary is a Dayton native and attended Kettering City Schools. She graduated from Miami University with a bachelor's degree in secondary social studies education and a minor in history. After college, Hillary spent nine years living and working in Cincinnati. She previously worked as a sales representative for a paperboard converting company and spent time as the volunteer coordinator for a local hospice. In 2015, she became involved with Habitat for Humanity in Cincinnati and has been serving as a volunteer homeowner interviewer ever since. Now that Hillary is back in the Dayton area, she enjoys exploring new and old spots in the city with her husband.
