Kate Spencer

Kate Spencer joined the staff of The Dayton Foundation in 2022 as a donor services associate. In this role, Kate monitors the administration of Donor-Advised Funds, processing grants and program expenses, and providing support and information for donors and professional advisors.

Kate has a BA in art history from the University of Louisville and more than 12 years of experience working for nonprofit organizations in Dayton and Louisville. She has held fundraising, development and membership management roles in a variety of organizations in the social services sector and the arts. Most recently, she worked at Think TV-PBS as a development associate, supporting major and planned giving and special events.

In her spare time, she enjoys gardening, knitting, hiking and spending time with her daughter.
