Michelle L. Brown

Michelle Brown joined The Dayton Foundation staff in 2011 as a program officer and now serves as the director of scholarship services. Michelle oversees the scholarship award process for more than 300 donor scholarship funds that are awarded to students in Greater Dayton and beyond each year. Michelle also is the staff liaison for The Hundred Club of Dayton and the Moraine Caddy Scholarship Fund program.

Michelle’s career includes nine years in the field of education, teaching English to high school and middle school students, and seven years as the director of education and programs for the Miami Valley Literacy Council. Michelle has a BA in English from Colorado State University and a BE from the University of Alaska Anchorage.
