Chunduri Family Scholarship

This scholarship was created by Jaideep Chunduri, MD, a 1991 graduate of Northmont High School and an Orthopaedic Spine Surgeon with Beacon Orthopaedics and Sports Medicine in Cincinnati, Ohio. Jaideep's father, Ramamohan Chunduri, MD, is a physician in the Englewood area who has cared for many alumni and friends of the school. All three of his children are physicians and proud Northmont alumni. Dr. Jaideep Chunduri received multiple scholarships through Northmont High School when he graduated. This scholarship was established to give back to the community that helped the family begin their educational journey in the healthcare field. The scholarship will be awarded annually to a deserving student who is interested in a career in a healthcare field and who meets the established criteria.

Applicants must:

• be a graduating senior from Northmont High School,
• be accepted to a two- or four-year college or university,
• have a minimum 3.2 GPA, and
• have a minimum 26 on the ACT or a minimum of 1200 on the SAT.

Financial need will be used a tiebreaker if all else is equal.
