Bonnie Baker-Tattershall

Bonnie Baker-Tattershall became the executive director of the Physicians’ Charitable Foundation of the Miami Valley of The Dayton Foundation in 2025. She brings over 25 years of experience in healthcare and philanthropy management to this position.

Under the guidance of 15 physicians from various medical specialties, PCF provides healthcare-related grants to data-driven nonprofits that serve families in Montgomery, Miami, Greene, Darke, Clark, Preble and Warren counties.

Originally from Detroit, Michigan, Bonnie moved to Dayton in 1983 to work as a health reporter and video producer for WDTN-TV 2NEWS. Later, she directed a $100 million Community Fund for the Mathile Family Foundation. She also worked for Kettering Health, where she developed strategic community relationships to help connect at-risk populations with critical health services.

In her spare time, Bonnie serves on the boards of Miami Valley Meals, the Breast Wishes Foundation and the Miami Valley Urban League. She is passionate about linking contributors to meaningful causes and researching innovative healthcare systems designed to transform lives.
