Gerri Sheehan, RN, BSN, MSA

Gerri Sheehan joined the The Dayton Foundation staff in 2017 with more than 40 years of experience in the health profession as a pediatric nurse for Dayton Children’s and later as the hospital’s Home Care Program manager.

As the executive director of the Physicians’ Charitable Foundation of the Miami Valley, Gerri is responsible for overseeing the operations of this fund of The Dayton Foundation that distributes grants to public charities addressing the healthcare needs of the region’s at-risk population.

In her spare time, Gerri enjoys spending time with her family, cooking, traveling and working in her garden. She has her BSN from Wright State University and a MSA in health care administration from Central Michigan University.
