Gina Sandoval

Gina Sandoval joined The Dayton Foundation staff in 2006 as a part-time communications assistant and became the marketing and communications officer in 2013. In her current role as senior manager, marketing and communications, she is responsible for developing and overseeing Foundation publications, electronic communications, advertising campaigns and other marketing materials, as well as assists with the Foundation’s marketing strategies.

Gina is a two-time winner of the Erma Bombeck Writing Competition. Her favorite stories to write, however, are those that capture the generosity and impact of Foundation fund holders and the difference they are making in Greater Dayton and beyond.

A Dayton native, Gina holds a BA in English literature from Wright State University. She is a member of the Leadership Dayton Class of 2017. In her spare time, she enjoys writing, walking, taking dance classes and spending time with family and friends.
