Jeffrey Sypeck

Jeffrey Sypeck joined The Dayton Foundation in 2022 as director, Human Resources. In this role, Jeffrey is the primary human resources staff person for the Foundation, carrying out duties such as recruitment, retention, benefits, compensation, employee relations and other administration activities.

Jeffrey has previous experience within nonprofit and educational organizations, as well as has served in various human resources roles in the tech and financial industries. He most recently served in the role of recruitment for Montgomery County. Jeffrey holds a bachelor’s degree in music education with a vocal emphasis from Millikin University.
