Marianne Requarth

Marianne Requarth joined The Dayton Foundation in 2023 as the director of development. In this role, she works with donors and advisors on new fund development, planned giving and donor stewardship.

A graduate of the University of Dayton, Marianne has more than 20 years of fundraising experience for a variety of nonprofit organizations. In her most recent role, Marianne was the senior philanthropy officer for Dayton Children’s Hospital Foundation, where she focused on securing major, planned and grant commitments. She also has experience with annual giving, capital campaigns, major and planned giving, volunteer management and grant writing.
