Patrick Gill, PhD

Patrick Gill, PhD, joined The Dayton Foundation staff in 2017 as the executive director of the Dayton-Montgomery County Scholarship Program and the Montgomery County Ohio College Promise program. In this role, Patrick -provides scholarship support to high, academic-achieving students with financial need in Montgomery County.

Patrick’s career also includes 10 years in the field of higher education, teaching English and providing holistic student support at Owens Community College and Sinclair Community College.

Patrick has a BA in English from Xavier University, a MA in English literature from Bowling Green State University and a PhD in higher education from Ohio University.
